Upon completion, the Austin Point master plan forecasts over 14,000 single-family homes and 15 million square feet of muti-family, office, medical, retail and hospitality development. In June of 2022 TBG participated in a charrette with other project stakeholders to deeply understand the wants and needs of the community in Fulshear and how to keep up with the fast-growing city. The design framework features unique and tailored uses and activities into each area.
