Ryan Blair

Ryan is a planner and urban designer who contributes to projects through drawing site planning frameworks and concepts for master planned communities and parks. With his GIS experience, Ryan plays a large role in the discovery and analysis phase of a project. Ryan has a passion for mixed-use, public planning and placemaking projects and the impact they afford as well as the challenge they offer for creating a better future for users. Using land use suitability mapping, he believes we have the opportunity to design great communities and is especially interested in the 15-minute neighborhood concept – a community that provides access to basic services and programs within a 15-minute walk, bike ride, or transit ride.
