Mikala Fitzgerald

As a landscape architect, Mikala works on a range of projects from courtyards and multifamily projects to master planned communities. In her role, she undertakes a variety of tasks including modeling, hand drawing, construction documentation, and coordination with consultants. Mikala enjoys working on mixed use projects and the complexity of connecting residential, public, and retail users, as well as inclusive playground design because of its connection to child development. She also has a particular interest in healing landscapes and learning how landscape architects can use design to promote the health and wellbeing of people of all ages physically and mentally.
