Lauren is a landscape designer with a design philosophy deeply rooted in the principles of preservation, restoration, and resiliency. She believes that unique constraints serve as powerful creative drivers, as leaning into a site’s specific boundaries is what distinguishes it from any other. Inspired by biomimicry, Lauren looks to nature as her greatest teacher, believing that many design challenges can be solved by emulating the efficient ways natural cycles resolve their own.
