Ann Erickson

Ann serves as the People Operations Coordinator for TBG’s Austin office, where she manages day-to-day operations, complex scheduling, proposal writing, strategic plan initiatives, and onboarding while supporting the firm’s intranet, The Roux, and internal newsletter, Lagniappe. With a background in landscape design and a genuine passion for people, she uses her skills as a listener to foster a strong team culture where everyone feels heard. Ann’s unique perspective allows her to connect colleagues and create meaningful opportunities for engagement across the studio.
