Amy Starling Rampy

Amy is a programs manager and key member of TBG’s People Operations team. With background in design, Amy oversees firmwide program development and implementation by fostering collaboration, building consensus, and inspiring enthusiasm in support of firmwide initiatives such as Recruiting, Learning, Community Investment and TBG’s Research and Development fellowship program, Idea Lab. She thrives on championing connections across the firm’s four office locations and is dedicated to ensuring the overall success of programs that support TBG’s talented people and a firm invested in making a positive impact on the planet. She is a licensed Landscape Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional with a passion for community service and commitment to Austin Parks Foundation and Generation SERVE.
