Soon after joining the project team, which had been working for several months already, TBG initiated a multi-day charrette to coalesce the team around a unified vision, which prioritizes quality open space and stewardship. The community’s 1,500 acres will ultimately include 13.1 miles of trails and 350 acres of parks — ranging from iconic community hubs to intimate neighborhood parks — and ecological restoration and sustainable stormwater approaches are integral community characteristics. The integration of reclaimed materials and art in the landscape, as well as stylish branding, give Easton Park a distinctive and welcoming character.
