Rainie Madsen

Rainie is a landscape designer, project manager and Revit specialist, bringing expertise in coordinating clients, consultants, and internal teams while advancing production for landscape architecture projects. She is passionate about designing community amenities and hospitality spaces, particularly pool-centered environments that foster relaxation and connection. Inspired by timeless, adaptable designs like New York City’s Central Park, Rainie creates spaces that endure, thoughtfully integrating sustainable features such as utilizing onsite ponds for irrigation or repurposing existing site elements to preserve character and reduce waste. She approaches design challenges by focusing on a space’s purpose, turning constraints into opportunities, as seen in her playful “conceal and reveal” walkway at Heritage Park in Sachse, Texas.
