As Principal and TBG’s Director of Design, Nicole brings over 20 years’ professional experience that includes prominent design endeavors throughout the United States and abroad. She excels at initiating project development, generating big-picture ideas and has a diverse design perspective gained from her experience working throughout Texas, South Florida, the Caribbean, South and Central America and China. Nicole embraces new challenges and design opportunities — including an affinity for tactical urbanism — and she has a unique ability to develop a project’s vision and articulate it through thematic design solutions.
