Nick Kearney

Nick is a planner and urban designer passionate about activating places through authentic community engagement. He develops concept frameworks for civic and mixed-use developments and master-planned communities, reviews zoning codes and planned development ordinances, and creates compelling plan graphics and maps that communicate vision and strategy. As Community Investment Committee Leader for TBG’s Dallas office, Nick champions social equity initiatives through planning and community-centered development.
