Lei Xiao

A landscape architect and design lead, Lei brings over 20 years of diverse experience including large scale planning, urban design, hospitality and mixed-use projects throughout the U.S. and internationally. She has a broad range of global project experience, in over 30 countries, and has extensive experience in visioning and master planning. Lei brings a unique ability to operate across all scales, shaping design positively throughout every stage of a project’s life cycle. She is an innovative thinker and seeks every opportunity to incorporate better design solutions, like enhancing sustainable green infrastructure to positively influence urban development.
