As Principal and Director of Design for TBG’s Urban Design and Planning team, Gonzalo leads design efforts across offices, advancing the firm’s strategic vision and elevating design excellence across diverse urban projects. He has over 28 years of international experience in Latin America, North America, and Europe, including his previous role as Director of Design and Planning at McCord Development, where he led over $200 million in infrastructure and $5 billion in vertical development. His work reflects a nuanced understanding of cultural, regulatory, and environmental contexts.
