Carson Chapman

A landscape architect with nearly 15 years of professional experience, Carson is a vital team member who contributes to the success of many complex projects. He works on all phases of project development, from schematic design through implementation and takes on diverse roles for each project. Carson has a passion for prairie and meadow restoration and design solutions that are rooted in the context of their native environment. He also enjoys the opportunity to work on projects in and around the urban realm and the challenge of creating memorable, useful, lasting spaces for people. In 2019, Carson received a research grant through TBG’s Idea Lab to study historic works of landscape architecture in the state of Texas, from 1984 to present-day. He is interested in finding recent trends in the profession to determine what we can learn and apply in the coming decade.
